This number has called numerous times and rings through although I have blocked it. According to scam call reporting web sites, it is a debt collector. I have no debt. They should NOT be calling me. It is suspicious.

They called for someone with a name I've never heard of before, when I said such, they essentially apologized, and hung up. They asked for no information from me, and it WAS a real person. While it WAS an unsolicited call, I would say they were a debt collector who had been given the wrong number, rather than any more sinister mechanism.
