The caller was a real human, a guy in a neutral but cold voice, asking to speak to "Larry Carney." I told him he got the wrong number, and he asked, "Do you know a Larry Carney by any chance?" as I hung up on him.

He called and said his name was Brian Smith. He said my name and asked if it was me. I asked him who he was with and what it was regarding. He wouldn't tell me - he said it was a business matter and he couldn't disclose any information - not even the company he was with. He kept asking if I was <my name> - I eventually told him to go **** himself and that my name was not <my name>. He was trying to verify my name as I hung up on him. LOL

Called and left a message on my husbands phone for me to call them using my maiden name. (I have been married for 12) he wanted me to verify my address I told him he could give it to me I would tell him if it’s correct. He wouldn’t. He wanted me to verify my social security number I said if you give me the last 4 I will tell you if it’s correct. He said it doesn’t work that way this is a personal business matter he can’t just give me the information if I wasn’t who I said I was he didn’t want to release my information to me. I said I have been married for 12 years I have no debt in my maiden name so I’m not sure what his company thinks I owe but there is no debt. I said he was welcome to mail me the information to the mailing address they have on file and I would call them back. His response was he would call back when it’s convenient. I said no you better not you will get the same answer just mail the information he said okay and to have a nice day.

I did not answer the call, caller left a voicemail with my name and requesting a call back. To the best of my knowledge there was no reason to be calling me, and the caller did not state what company the caller was with.

Leaves a muffled message giving no detail on who he is or why he is calling. Calls one time a day, and purposefully muffles his voice when he says who it is. He gives no reason why to call him, but says, "You must call our office". Gives no name on who he is with or what his company is, but it is obvious he muffed his name every time he calls to try to get me to call him. I am on the do not call list and have rerouted him for harassment.

There is a real debt collection company called CS Services. However, they operate under different phone numbers. I called the real CS Services and they have no knowledge of me or any account. This place is a scam and calls ALL day long! I have a great attorney who is handling this harassment.
