I received a call from this number. I said hello and it took this man with an East Indian accent at least four seconds to reply. I also heard children playing in the background.He asked me for my name and I replied, he then wanted me to verify my date of birth and that's when I stopped him and asked him who he was representing. He said Northwest Emergency Service. I told him that I never heard of it, he then asked me again to verify my date of birth, I told him this discussion is over and I hung up the phone.
