Debt collection agency that doesn’t follow FDCPA laws. (Silent call) reported by


As the title says, this is a debt collection agency. Obviously when you Google their number(s) nothing comes up. But it is First Source Collection Agency. They call using an 866 area code every time, followed by a different number sometimes. I’ve tried answering to let them that my fiancée is in the ICU and that she cannot contact them but all I get back is silence. It’s ridiculous. Especially during a stressful and scary time like this. They even called her phone during Father’s Day! It was unbelievable. These people should be looked into.
