This is not the National Rifle Association, but a scammer trying to make people believe they are spoofing the number. During their call to you, they will sometimes admit, after demanding their full name, that they are the National Recovery Agency, debt collectors. They are scammers and thieves.

This number is a green line, probably for some company as a client's service number where the call is paid by the company itself. Haven't found which company owns this number, has anyone seen it before? On 800notes reported as NRA, I doubt it...
