This "company" will text or call your phone pretending to have "accidentally" text you saying something about forgetting to "pick up the kids from soccer practice." Or state they are calling to sell you something when in fact they are phishing your contact information to call your friend's information. Then with any response your personal information is sold to a telemarketing company in exchange for your private contact information as well as those people in your contact folder. We all need to report this type of phishing to the F.C.C. Do not respond to the text, delete it immediately and if possible, DO NOT ANSWER THE TEXT AND CERTAINLY DO NOT ANSWER!
