I like net spend. They don't call and harass you. This prepaid card company is pretty good. I use them as my "bank".

Instead of using a bank, I use net spend. Never had a problem with them. It's easy to load and withdraw money. They send u receipts every time your card is used if u request it when u sign up, Easy to find out your balance or last transaction.
