the number that called was 619-480-1782. when voicemail picked up, the number showed 475-207-9720 and the number she gave to call back was this 866 one. it was the same Mary Ann person.

It appears to be an actual financial service company. Spoke with Tim. Told me how to get my number removed from their system. Says they get many leads purchased from credit bureau. Equifax started just sending me stuff. I do believe it was them that sold my info.
