I've been getting calls from numbers saying they were Spectrum, but they asked for my dad by name, inquiring about the account. When I said they had the wrong number they went through their script about the account any way... for the wrong number?

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Someone arrest these people. Answered to a lady who said she was from Spectrum (the cable/internet company). Asked me if I could talk about changes to my account. I said yes and was transferred to a guy who immediately asked for all my information, first/last name, telephone number, etc. I demanded to know why he needed info when they had called me. He was very shifty and kept demanding the info. I hung up and blocked the number.
