Merrick Bank. Yeah, I owe them, but I get at least 3 calls a day. It's ridiculous, more and more phone calls isn't magically going to make me able to pay.

Same I know I owe you, right I get it but obviously if I haven’t paid I don’t have it. I mean do you think I want to be in debt no. It’s just my circumstances have changed which no requires me to determine which financial responsibilities are most important to pay and unfortunately my credit cards fall at the bottom… smh… as much as I wish this wasn’t so it is… now that being said calling me 15 times a day until 11pm will not make your money magically appear. Isn’t there like some kind of law against harassing like that

No matter what arraignments, the calls keep coming. These call are meant to be a nuisance & harrassment & they are robo calls.

I have been having intermittent issues with Merrick processing my payments. So, while that part is frustrating it is good to know that they are about to affect your credit report. I probably wouldn't recommend them to any one. This is the first problem that I have had, but, even with them admitting fault they were unwilling to adjust my account. I've since filed a complaint with the BBB
