This was a call pretending to be Verizon Wireless (Scam call) I pressed 1 after the automated message said my account was suspended. I spoke to a human who was way too friendly and smarmy and when he asked for my account information I told him I'd be calling verizon directly. He was less friendly then. My account is not suspended.
