I answered it because I thought it was my bro from prison. When I answered I heard "please stay on the line" followed by a brief pause. Then a guy answered stated "his name" and that he was calling from HealthyBlue(which is my insurance) he said he had some questions for me regarding my services. He asked me to verify my d.o.b.then said he needed to confirm my contact info to make sure it was up to date. He had the right phone number, but the address he asked was an old one. At that point I knew it was bs. I moved recently and I made sure to contact my insurance provider and update my address. If this guy was really from HealthyBlue he would've known that.

I have T-Mobile and I have the T-Mobile scam Blocker on and this number keeps popping up as a scam my phone doesn't even ring so if you get a call from this number block it do not answer it

Prescription follow-up (Service) reported by


LEGITIMATE call. Called on behalf of my insurance to follow up on my recent prescription changes, explaining the prescriptions, asking if I had any issues with them, explaining possible side effects, etc. and just generally following up to make sure there were no issues. The only thing possibly considered a service was asking if I was interested in getting my prescriptions by mail and i said no, she said she was noting that, and it didn't come up again. All in all she was really just verifying that I understood my prescriptions and was taking them as recommended, and giving me information on my new diagnosis. Very pleasant and helpful call. NOT a scam.

This is a scam, they have used this number I have reported before connecting themselves with amerigroup, social security, and the human arch program. This call was a pharmacy connected to amerigroup. I never answer but they leave voice mails and they will even mail you letters that are convincing but the numbers don’t match your case numbers or insurance members numbers.

Legitimate call. Caller identified herself as a representative of Anthem Blue Cross's pharmacy service provider. She asked if I would like to set up auto-refill and/or sync my prescriptions to be filled at the same time. She offered to send me a free pill organizer.

Its a COMPLETE SCAM

They are saying they are part of BlueCross BlueShield and this is a false. BlueCross BlueShield does not have a 1-866-330-1xxx number. BlueCross BlueShield will contact you by mail and will know your information already. In that mail it will show your case number that is on your personal card. If that information does not match your case number avoid any information on it never use any number or contacts on that letter. If you want to know if it is from BlueCross BlueShield use the phone number from your card. BlueCross BlueShield does not have a pharmacy they use store pharmacy on a list that accepts them for payments.

CSR said she was a pharmacy representative from anthem then corrected herself and said she was a pharmacy representative from the name of my daughter's health insurance company. She asked for my daughter's year of birth, my phone number even though she had just called it and asked for my mailing address. I told her that this call was flagged as spicious and she told me if I wanted I could call the number back myself to verify that this was a real call. Rhe number she gave me to call was the same number she called in from. She said the phone call would take at least 10 minutes long. I told her I preferred to call back myself. I can't verify at this time if this was a sales or spam call.
