This company will call, quickly tell you their rep name and immediately start hounding you for your full name full SSN and DOB without ever saying who they are or why they’re calling. It’s portfolio recovery debt. Collector. Often times they will also ring you and immediately hang up so you see a missed call but your phone never actually rang, or rang for like 2 seconds.

To whom this may concern: This is a Florida State Attorney that is seeking a class action lawsuit. Portfolio is in DIRECT VIOLATION with Federal Laws prohibiting harassment of (alleged) debts during the Pandemic. If you are contacted by them, contact your State Attorney’s office. Get the reps name as well as not only will the company be liable, but the staff. This is NOT the time to go after citizens who many have lost loved ones, out of work and still many more cases and deaths rising. We are doing all we can to put companies as this out of business.

I never answer unknown calls but I accidentally did and they hung up when I answered. I know they will keep calling now and it really sucks that a person can no longer answer their own phone.
