Answered the call, it stated I was receiving a call from an inmate at Walton or fort Walton prison in florida but does not let u answer it. So I called it back and it answers with, you have reached the collection bureau all calls are monitored for quality assurance

This number calls me and there is no debt owed. It was a car wreck insurance payment. Thats what paid it all off.
