Called, left message to call back with department number to use on call back. Likely shaw,returned equipment months ago, I prorated last bill and paid it in full before cancelling. I actually overpaid them $5.00, they never wrote down equipment returne,remote control & router. They tried to keep billing me for 2 months more after I canceled & was disconnected. cable box I kept was mine, bought privately at a store

I in fact DO owe Shaw Cable for an outstanding account, and this company is tasked with getting that money from me. I refuse to pay because I fully intended to pay Shaw Cable directly, but they prematurely sent this account to collections thereby screwing my credit...so to hell with them.They told me I had until such-and-such a date to pay them ( Shaw), and when I went in to pay before that date they said " Too Bad..it's already been sent to collection agency". I'll never use Shaw again as a result of this.

I have received 3 calls within the last week at 8:40 a.m. for someone who I do not know. I have told the rep and the comment is that that person much have had his phone number forwarded to mine. What a lie! If this were so, why am I only receiving the forwarded calls from NCO? I am looking at contacting the Ombudsman or suing. I see that one can sue for $500- $1500.
