Thos number called me February 7th at 9:48am and again today at 9:11am. All it shows is it H&R Accounts. Never left a voicemail or anything. I missed both calls. Don't know what this is about. But on my contacts there's a big exclamation point! I'm not worries about it,other than it having a similar name to my daughter's tax company.

I had this call me once looking for me i said who are you they said it was personal matter then I said you have the wrong number I hung up and blocked ???? it found out it was a scam so after 1 month they called i didn't answer i guess my blocked didn't work but they left a message said the same thing ignore it

They called twice while I was at work when said first thing that was said lawsuit. From a store that is mo longer in business. They said pay this amount and it will be settled now a month later they called my father in law told him they was looking for me for the same reason the lawsuit that they told me it was done with. Wtf

This is a debt collection company that usually deals with medical bills that a hospital may have turned over to them to collect. They have several numbers they may call from and are barely ethical. If you return their call DO NOT give them your social security # or driver license # and know your Federal Collection laws. It's been reported that sometimes the information they have is not accurate so if you have an unpaid medical bill you'd be better off dealing with the hospital or doctor you owe. Telling this company you are on the Federal Do Not Call Register and will file a complaint against them if they call again usually stops their calls.

comenity capital bank. They are medical debt collector. They use various phone numbers to try to trick you to answer the phone. They call on average 6-7 times a day. including Sunday!! I am happy to use "should I answer" app. They are ruthless. I am disabled and can pay what I can.

I made them leave a voicemail...Caller said he worked with my county's clerk office. He needed more info for me as they are "about to garnish my wages and hold a judgment against me" - decided to call back that # and see what they said. They want me to give them my personal info first and they will tell me what I supposedly owe. Yeah...right....
