this number was included in an ebay motors invoice which I never asked for. Saw a car on my local craigslist. Husband sent email from info listed in the listing. No response. Husband called number on listing. No response. I then texted an inquiry with the same number. Responder then texted me from a completely different # asking for my email to send pics exc. Sent her my secondary email. She sent pics of the car and told a sob story about her husband dying. She then asked for my address so that ebay motors could send me the info on how to proceed for the safety of both parties. I then sent her a fake address. In no time at all, I received an invoice from what looked very much like ebay. I opened my ebay acct and looked in the message center and had NO email from them about this car. I only got the invoice in my email acct. I followed up by looking at ebay motors and this car was not in their listing. I reported the scam to ebay motors and craigslist. Im going to follow up with reporting it to the FTC as well as the Missouri, Nebraska and my states Attorney Generals office. Her 2 different phone numbers were from Missouri. The invoice address was in Omaha Nebraska. She stated her name was Brittanny C. Her email was ****

States she's selling her car, which I saw off of craigslist which has now been removed and is using ebay. Called the 866-274-3610 as she instructed to and a woman with a deep accent answered. I looked up the number on ebay, no such number.. I then searched the number and this site came up. stay away! Scam! She even stated her Husband died which is why she is selling the car. For a widow, as myself, that is just a horrible thing to do.
