You probably got the same message as me, but it says you won a contest for 25k or something. Never says your name (because it's a scam), lists super vague places where you could have filled out the form like the mall (because it's a scam and trying to cover its bases). It says to call back 866-495-5058 extension 716 for Brett (at least in my call), so I wouldn't trust any calls from that number either.
