They have called almost every day or every other day for weeks. Finally answered and they asked for me by name and he said he was calling from spectrum promotions and that my account had promotions available. He asked if it was ok if he could transfer me to a specialist and it would only take a second. I said no and asked if I could be removed form the list. He did not answer and just transferred. The man that picked up next had my full name and phone number and I asked to be removed he said ok and that it would take up to 30 days. Well see
