I spoke to Spectrum, and I do not owe any money to them. These people are liars, and should be fined for their scamming of people. One of the men actually threatened me with violence, but the other people are just passive aggressive ****. Please be careful with this awful people.

私は日本在住の日本人ですが、突然+1(米国)からかかってきたので、驚きました。 電話を取ってみたら、突然中国語のロボット録音音声が始まりました。 おそらく30秒程だと思います。その後、２回目、３回目と何度も繰り返されます。 ただ、私自身、中国語を話せないので、何を言っているわか全く理解できませんでした。 いずれにせよ、迷惑電話だと思いますし、この電話番号をどこで入手し、何のためにかけてきたのか不明です。 取らない方が良いと思います。

I had blocked this number for long time, but they were keep calling me. One day I decided to talk to them, and they said that I owe some money to Spectrum Internet service, which I wasn't aware of. I called spectrum back and resolved the issue. I guess it's worth answering the phone, but I don't suggest paying them directly.
