The law office of Donelon, P.C. is currently investigating whether WGU has violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Phone calls made to a cell phone-without that person's prior written consent-violates the TCPA. It is also a violate if you were on a federal no call list, or expressly told them to stop calling you, but it continued. We are interested in speaking with persons who have experienced this.
