They called and told me my power was going to be disconnected if I didn't make a payment. The number is not LADWP and my account is current. This is a scam call.

l googled 866 area code thinking it was legitimate. lt is a scam (Scam call) reported by


I googled 866 before answering the call and got information that 866 codes are used when the caller wants the person being called to pay for the call, instead of the person calling paying for it. I did not answer the call. Had to be a scam
