If they want to give me a refund for something I paid, they should just refund me the way I paid them. If they know me if they have my information they can send it in the mail.

Don't fall for this scam that says "Microsoft" has discontinued your security and these people will refund he amount you paid if you'll just go to your computer, open it up with a "RUN" command. You'll end up losing your information and possibly have your identity stole and your accounts hacked.
