Non Compliant for Someone else (Debt collector) reported by


Voicemail gave a name of someone else, a file number,Catalina Simmons from the out-sourcing department for a complaint sent to their department, and if you or your representative doesn't call back you will be considered non-compliant. Then asks to call back this same number or press 1 to talk to someone. All of this was a canned message.

Call for Paul Thompson to get “important paperworks” to him. Paul Thompson have this number, but I have gotten real calls about his kid from school so I believe it was his number at one time. I even changed my message to say this is not the Thompson residence. Little good that did when it’s automated calls.

Just got the same call my friend! I played around with them for a while and then told them I was going to verify with the FBI (my brothers an agent). They hung up. lol!

I got the same call just a few minutes ago... I did not answer but this is what was on the voicemail. I just hope this doesn't turn into an ongoing thing.

Same voice mail today (IRS) You could tell she was Foreign or at least had a Foreign accent. I guessed Jamaican but may be way off.

They called a work number and left a voice mail with my first and last name, also giving my personal information on someone elses voicemail. when they were called back the collector told a fellow employee about a debt i owe and provided them with additional information.

They left a message on my phone with someone else’s case file . I can tell it’s a scam number because it showed as Cox Buiness first and they have been sending me messages on behalf of cox saying I owe money . I don’t even have cox , I even asked cox !
