Called looking for my disabled brother. Would NOT tell me anything about why they were calling but said it was in reference to an "account". Refused to give me any info because I was a "3rd party". I have no idea how they got my number but suspect it was from my brother's cable company since they are the only ones outside of the state agencies that are governed by HIPPA, that have my number. Totally disgusted by these people, preying on the handicapped, as well as the rest of us.
