They called my parents home and asked for me. Someone named Wayne told my dad if I didn't get in touch with him to sign legal documents I would be sued. I haven't lived there or used that number in 16 years.

Received at work. "Chris Erickson" regarding legal documents requiring signature, need to be at my residence between 12-2 pm, with 2 forms of ID and a witness to sign off on the documents. If unable to locate me must mark me down as "direct refusal to comply", gave phone # and case #.

Possible Scam Call (Unsolicited call) reported by


this person named John Wallace called for someone by the name of an ex brother-in-law of mine and said he was needing him to sign some concealed documents that required his signature & he needed to be available at his residence in next 2 hours to sign with 2 forms of ID & also have a witness available to sign. Also said that if he couldnt locate this person he'd have no choice but to mark as "refusal to comply". Even left a file # of 40213-4172 in his voice mail.

says they were coming to my home with concealed documents within half hour. says I need a witness and 2 forms of Id. never gave the name of a business and never showed. Total scam.
