Warning ... caller ID showed as local number and left the following: Hi this is Tyler and I'm looking to buy a house here in the neighborhood. We actually just sold another one in the Chattanooga area. I wanted to buy one in this neighborhood. I don't know if you have any interest in selling and if not you don't need to call me back but if you do have any interest in selling even in the near future. Please call me. We can pay cash and the-bypasses(?) that you would need to fix anything and you could pick whatever move out date works best for you. Our number is 423-818-8161 and again if you don't have any interest you don't need to call me back but if you do our phone number again is 423-818-8161. We'd love to hear from you. Thank you.

Tyler wants to buy my house. House not for sale. He also sends notes & post cards. I texted him & told him about 3 times the $$ amount the house is worth. That only kept "Tyler" quiet for a couple of weeks. Still calling me. He is apparently able to mimic area codes where I have friends &/or family. Pretty "stalkerish" behavior.

cash offer to buy my home no matter condition - my home is not FS (Scam call) reported by Evie Left VM pretty sure automated but made to sound like a real female person saying she is looking to move to the Knoxville area in the next month and she thinks my house is for sale (it’s not and has not been, nor have I looked into moving) and she can pay cash and doesn't really care what condition my home is in. If she got the wrong number she apologizes but please feel free to forward her info to somebody who may be interested in selling their home to her. Seriously!....I'll get right on that.

Left VM pretty sure automated but made to sound like a person saying they were looking to move to the area in the next month and they think my house is for sale (it’s not and has not been FS or put on the market in years nor have we looked into moving) and are willing to pay cash no matter condition. If they got the wrong number please forward their info to somebody who would be interested. Yeah sure I’ll get right on that...
