The recording call sounds like a lady who has had too much to drink and says to call another number but when you call back the number that shows on caller ID, the man identifies himself as an IRS officer. I advised him that the IRS would never call anyone and tell them they were being sued and hat I would be reporting him and he hung up on me.

Female continues to call me with a accent. First time I made the mistake of answering. She decided to tell me she was " filing a lawsuit you" and that I needed to pay her to find out what for. So I basically told her to *off. Ever since then she calls multiple times an hour leaves ungodly long voicemails and it's getting rediculous. The amount of calls I've received after placing myself on the do not call list is absurd.

I just recently moved to a new state and been having my new home phone number about 3 weeks now. I been getting calls from Spartanburg, SC 864-641-1373, it's a woman with a strong accent leaving a message to call due to a "lawsuit being filed." I obviously know I don't owe anyone anything so I called to tell the caller, I received several calls from them, I can't understand wtf she's saying and that I just got this new phone number. Same woman answered and when I asked her to repeat what was said, she said "sure. I need your name and address." I then told her I was not giving her that info but I'd give her the number she called. Then she hung up on me! I called right back and she would not answer the phone, it just kept ringing! This is surely a scam indeed!!!!!
