A woman's voice said her name was "Adam" and threatened to file an "action" against me if I did not speak with her today. Then gave the name of a county in another state in which the action would be filed and I was to call her back at a phone number that would have correlated with the area code in that county/State he/she indicated. Totally mixed up information. My name was wrong, the county/State was wrong. Phone numbers did not jive. An obvious scam.

Maria Alford "calling from the arbitration department." She left a message and wanted me to return all and give a statement so she could "discreetly" assist me in resolving the issue before there were "garnishments" to my salary. Her extension was 3007. Called "we are sorry we missed your call. If you know your party's extension..." Total BS scam.

My name's Nicole Bozeman calling in regards to a formal complaint that to be processed and released out to the county for immediate reinforcement against you in order to stop action. I will need to speak with you or your attorney today before this case is forwarded out to broward County for a request for garnishment of wages and in forest compliance. I will be in my office today up until 6 p.m.. Eastern standard time that number is 863-259-1140 my direct extension is 3016 if I do not hear from you. I will assume that you have waived all of your rights and a judgment by default will be made against you without your input or necessary involvement therefore. Sated on my vm that they have a felony charge for me. (Debt collector) reported by


Said on vm that they have a felony case on me and I need to call them ASAP to avoid criminal prosecution. Does not state what the charge is and I know for a fact I have no felony charges on me or pending. Sounds like an unscrupulous debt collector using scare tactics. I worked for many years in the debt collection industry. This is a FDCPA violation and I will be taking action to report it and follow up to see that I get paid when they get fined.
