The number on the card received in the mail from "Pain Center" was 860-740-3133. They answer the phone "Doctor's Office". Then "please press 1 to speak with a doctor" which is pretty laughable. But my elderly father-in-law got duped and gave the woman on the other end (who spoke broken English) his Medicare number. At the very least, this outfit is scamming Medicare. At the worst, they are identity thieves.

I also received a card and called them. Also gave them my SS #. What will happen now? I hung up before the call was completed.
