I am on their list of donors. They call periodically to get me to donate blood. (Which, is a GREAT thing to do.) But they use a system where an electronic-dialer connects answered calls to live operators, so sometimes, it seems like no one is on the other end, as there is a delay or the operator has just attended to another call.
