Said an Apple account was opened in my name somewhere in Europe. I tried to get me to go into my laptop to see if I've been hacked. I refused to go to my laptop. I asked for instructions so I could do it later and she hung up on me. I believe she wanted me to go on my laptop so she could send a virus. Be careful. My rating is not neutral it just popped up as neutral.
