Heavy Accent, Barely Understandable. (Scam call) reported by


I answered the phone thinking it may have been from the hospital. The man who was on the other end had such a heavy accent thatat first I thought he was saying he was from Comic-Con. I finally understood him enough that he said Comcast. I hung up immediately because of all of the stupid scams out there.
