I asked for debt validation he said there was none I asked him to send me information he told me I already had it lol again I asked for validation, he then told me I was ignorant and hung up on me so I called him back asked again for more clarification and he hun up again on me

I just received a call from a message from a Jonathan Ross. He said I was being filed on for a fraud check I supposedly wrote. Problem is I do not write checks. I have no checks at all. I have no written a check since 2012. My husband has a business account with checks but my name is no where on it and it’s only his business name. I called back. The man said oh yes it’s your husbands business account. I said ok what’s the name of my husbands business? He refused to answer and got rude. What a scam and a joke!!

Formal notification regarding a check protest. Hearing June 22nd. Don’t know what they are talking about. Says to please contact the Firm. After reading these responses suspect it’s an unethical debt collector.

they called my phone left a voicemail saying that a complaint will be filed against my son which is a minor i called them back and was trying to figure out what was going on the man was rude and was saying im filing charges you are going to jail and was like nice life and hung up the phone. They gave nomore information not a real company.

I received a message that I will b served no later than April 6, 2018 at home or my latest place of employment unless I contact their office to resolve this matter that has come across their desk at KKH and Associates. There is no reference or case number just an idle threat of being served with legal papers whiich they cant rescind once the order leaves their office. This is an attempt to collect a debt (whether or not you have one). No amount is mentioned just received a complaint which results in my being served with papers. Scam in my opinion.

A Harvey Ross from KKH & Associates revived a complaint in there office of a debt from Verizon. Stated that I needed to pay the debt by April 6th, my birthday lol or I'd be served at my last know address or my place of employment. Asked how much he said some $450. I then told him I needed to do some research first because I couldn't afford to pay that Much...put me on hold and came back and David they'd take 301 lol be careful folks

They left a message, but did not leave their name or the company name, but the message insinuated that a lawsuit was being filed against me and my wages would be garnished. I called back because I havve some school loans coming up, but the answering machine said they were calling from KKH Portfolio and told me to leave a mssage. Like a dumby I left a message, but I'm going to be blocking their number after reading these.

The calls are always unknown or unavaiable. Caller name is Amy which works with Capital A Courier service. She left a threating message of coming to my residence to have paper signed if no one is home she's coming to my place of employment. If she can't find me she sending it back to the party that sent it. She the state's it's my best interest to call the other party. Followed by a case number. We have no letigations or lawsuits against us.
