Sounds exactly like the same words I received from a ? Fake ? Aetna message this same morning. They wanted dob and zip to verify.

Robo call claims to be calling from Verizon and that your account is suspended and requires verification. Gives options to choose 1 to verify or 2 to speak with human. I did not select any numbers and after repeating the options, the caller hangs up.
