Pretending to be microsoft and stealing money off credit card (Scam call) reported by Nick
Typical scammer faking computer problems and pretending to be microsoft agents. They are making you write some commands with the windows key + R key from keyboard and then gain access to your computer and placing viruses in it, then ask for credit card number to fix your computer saying you are infecting anyone you talk to... They use Shuiheng Industry as the payment gateway and Tech Axis as the Organization name. Each agent has their own customer ID and calling there will most likely get you another agent that has no history of the previous call. Big scammers. Never call that number.
