Claimed to be from Spectrum and said they took $299.00 from my bank account to cover equipment. I called Spectrum and they did not take the money. Scammer knew several things about my account that seemed legitimate.

Very rude, pretty much demanding we pay for computer support claiming to work for Windows Corporation. After the 3rd time of me telling him that there is no such thing that Microsoft owns Windows he hung up.

I got this call twice today. Reported as being from Apple.

Just received the call today 1/5/20 from 800-257-60xx. Showed as 800 Service, recording said they were Apple and to stop using all Apple devices due to a security breach and to press 1 or call number provided 855-941-06xx. SCAM
