I told her to take me off calling list, she told me to get out of the ghetto.. After that I advised I would have her job and now I am filing a complain with the BBB and my cousin is a Sheriff he will be calling them next. This is a scam, I had applied for a free estimate online and they probably sold my information online as well. Be AWARE and know you rights. If these Class less HONKY TONK, Trailer trash, Inbreed, I **** and suck my uncle and PAPA **** People call you. DO NOT let them intimidate you. I am very educated, well paid and know my rights! What I stated was truth, I will have their job and depending how my day goes I will decide whether I will press charges or not.. Identity theft and buying and selling individuals information online is a Felony!

It was an automated system that called me stating it had information on "sending me notification of a claim settlement and to please press one for more info"....amused, i pressed one. The guy on the phone said this is a litigation action and asked for my personal information to verify i am who i say i am. I refused to give him any info and told him that if it was a settled litigation action its public information and he can freely tell me what it was about. He refused and stated it was illegal to share that info...i said **** and hung up while he was still talking. He then tried to call back from a private number...but unfortunetly for him, i have a government employee phone and his number comes up anyways with a little symbol saying its unlisted/private. I let it go to vm ( none left) and then i called him back right away...he was really ****, but i give him credit cause he still tried to get my personal information to "serve" me papers....i laughed at him and hung up. Total scam!

I called them to tell them to stop calling me because they had the wrong person and the guy who answered was extremely rude when I asked him to take me off their call list. I then received numerous calls from a blocked number, but I know it was them. Then I got a call from a guy speaking spanish, talking to me like I was the person they were looking for, cussing me out. These people need to be stopped. I blocked their number and any blocked numbers just to avoid them. This is not right. Whoever these people are, they need to be stopped from harrassing people.

I keep getting calls and voicemails about a notice/service. Robo call that leaves a voice mail that claims it is "solely for" [insert name here (in mechanical voice)] about a claim and if you don't call back they will come to my home address or work address on file.

robo call that leaves a voice mail that claims it is "solely for" [insert name here (in mechanical voice)] about a claim and if you don't call back they will place a "stop order". The voice before/after the mechanical voice is sounds exactly the same as some other scam notices, one in particular that claims "we have an issue with property associated with this phone number and you must press 1 to talk with a representative." I did. After a minute of hold music a lady answered "Hello" pause "Hello?". I said nothing. She hung up on me.

Harassed citizen

This number calls and leaves a voice message now on a weekly basis (Harassment). The message is very vague, they don't ID themselves and yet threaten with a "Stamp Order". There is no such thing as a Stamp Order, unless they are going to order me stamps from the U.S. Post Office.
