My phone automatically blocks the call so I don't answer or call back unless they let me know on voicemail.

I picked up the call and it asked me to hold. Connected me to a person in a call center stating “they had a personal business matter to discuss”.. I told them “I do not have any business with you as I don’t know you”.. she stated “ok” and hung up. They continue to call but to this day I have no idea what they want. They are hired by a law firm out of Pennsylvania that represents agencies such as Synovus, who a past due account was sold to a third party to collect on.

Refused to say who they were, just kept trying to get me to say I was the person they were calling and they completely butchered both my first and last name and they are both easy names. Definitely a scammer or solicitor.
