YouNegotiate Collectioons, buys old debts you cannot be sued for (Debt collector) reported by


The company name is YouNegotiate. They claim you owe a debt. They buy old debt that have been removed from credit record and claim they will take you to jail etc. They cannot sue you in court over these debts yet the will call you, your family and work and threaten all of them. Its unfortunate. The frustrating part is if it is not your debt, they continue to harass you or work. They keep calling for a lady that no longer works for us and even though we tell them, they don't believe us and act like we owe the debt. Nasty people.

I have blocked this number and still somehow the call can go straight to my voicemail and they leave no message at all. My voicemail holds ten messages all from them usually I have to constantly delete messages so actual numbers can leave a message if at work or whatever. I don’t know what they want

I missed several calls from this number on 1 day. When I called back there was no answer. If it's a legit company they would be able to answer or take a message. So I blocked them.

Debt collections, harassing at least 5 x dsily... yes you should try to pay your bills but harassment is what they do..I'm going to change phone number.

They leave blank messages on my voice mail. Fill up my voice mail and sometimes leave a message. When I have called them back they are intrusive with asking about my personal information. I asked them to zend me a letter and gave them my mailing address. They wont accept my new mailing address as its not the one they have on file. Since I have postal forwarding they should send the letter to the address on file. As far as I know all my bills are paid. I find they are harrassing me. With all the scams out there I refuse to give out personal information.

Claimed to be Direct Energy. I have never used them. They know my name keep asking my address to confirm who i am. I typically ask for their address or say no. They say it is their protocol to verify who i am and that i should believe them because they are telling me it is Direct Energy?!?!?!

they claimed to be a collection agency but the name she was asking for was not my name or even close to it and I have had the same number for years so told her she had wrong number then she got really rude so I hung up!

They called and said they are a collection agency and they have a case from direct energy. They asked for me to confirm my address and birth date. I told them I don’t even use direct energy and he said “fine have a good day”..... I’d say scam...
