When shopping for a car the dealer had looked at this company for potential financing. When the cost was way too high, we went somewhere else, but they refuse to acknowledge that the loan wasn't accepted and keep calling me asking me to "Pay part of the payment while it's figured out." The dealer has contacted them already telling them that the loan is not in existence, yet they are still trying to scam a payment out of me.

I got a car with them. I have auto pay. It paid the bill today, but the collectors with the group do not get their information updated until the next day. Conversation earlier today was pleasant, but they have dozens of collectors, many working from home, operating through a single line, but also from dozens of other lines. I hate people so no one ever calls me. Literally ever. So, easy to screen these calls.

This is from Westlake Financial. They're a vehicle finance company. They call non-stop as soon as your payment due date comes around. They call from multiple different numbers, all day long. They even call on weekends, and as late as 9:30pm sometimes. If you ever finance a vehicle, I highly recommend using a different finance company if you have the option.
