They called me today with a welcome and explained to me the service and how to see information on my account. I'm with them through Curae because I couldn't pay the high expenses of my medical bill. Curae offers lower monthly payments than the institution I went to. Like some others, I called them back once I saw that this was Fortiva from the comments. Glad I did. They don't try to sell you anything.

Fortiva Credit calling to welcome me. I was recently approved for credit for Wayfair through Fortiva Credit. They called to welcome and ask if I had any questions. Also to tell me how to log into online account to view statements, make payments and enroll in paperless billing. I only answered this call because I read the positive comment on this site which identified Fortiva as the caller.

It's Fortiva, they have the loan of my security equipment. they only want to give you a welcome call. yes they have accent. but it not Jamaican one. they don't speak good English but you understand them. better than other calls.

They have called almost every morning for a week. So I answered it. Said they were from home depot on my recent purchase ( I have not bought anything from them in months ), could hardly understand them they kept insisting I give them personal info address and SS number I hung up on them after telling them to never call again.

They called saying they were from Fortiva ( a company we got a loan from recently), spoke with a Jamaican accent, in the middle of the call turned away from phone and yelled at someone in Jamaican then hung up.
