Male caller left VM stating it was a courtesy call from United Health Care, my mom's health care provided. It sounded legit so I called the number he left, 833-404-0091. He wanted my number. He knew my mom's name. Wanted to verify her medications. He would not speak with me because I was't her. I wonder how he know my mom's name and my number.

Called and said they were from United healthcare. They had my name. Yes for my date of birth and I asked him what this was about. He said he was calling to verify my prescriptions. I told him that Walgreens fills my prescriptions and he said oh no, this is your insurance, this is United healthcare. I told him I was busy and I could call back and he took quite a while trying to find the phone number.

Spoke with a male who said she was calling from United Healthcare. He knew my name and asked that I verify my identity by giving my date of birth. When asked about the purpose of her call, he said he needed to verify my prescription refills but first needed my date of birth to verify my identity. I then ended the call without giving any information

Received call from a male claiming to be from United Healthcare and wanting to discuss prescription refill. Had such a heavy Hispanic accent I could barely understand him. He also sounded very unsure of himself, kept clearing his throat and taking forever to say what he wanted to say. The minute he asked to confirm date of birth, I said I wasn't giving that info over the phone and asked what he wanted. He said he couldn't go forward without that info so I said "OK, have a good day" and hung up.
