I hesitantly gave detailed information about me and my spouse because they seemed to be a legit home loan company offering better rates. I scheduled a call back for today at 1 and when I didnt get the call back I began to think I was duped. Apparently the rep was behind and called me a couple hours after our appointment. So in my case, it appears to be a legit company.
