Do not listen to the above people saying it is legit. ONLY call USAA through your mobile app or their main number. When I called this number the person on the phone attempted to pull up the account and asked for my PIN...this is a huge red flag. You set an online pass phrase, only the automated system at the main USAA number should ask for you a PIN access. I asked if the “representative” meant password/passcode but he wanted PIN. Either way...do not give your passphrase/PIN or any account information to these direct numbers. Call the official Number which you can get through their website, or the App, and then transfer over to the correct department. I have received 2 scam attempts by these fake USAA representatives calling from spoofed numbers. These guys saying it is legit are liars.

I received a call from this number which went to voicemail. Upon listening to the VM, it only indicated that I needed to call USAA. When I called USAA they reviewed my account to make sure it wasn't a spam caller. After taking with two different representatives, it was determined that it was USAA financial services. I hung up. I wouldn't have expected this type of solicitation from USAA.

I am a USAA member. This was a courtesy call triggered by me searching in my USAA account for some of their products. They called to follow up if I needed anything. The person identified himself. They already have access to my account so they were able to confirm some of the other financial products I have. This call was legit.
