Said she was from state collections and had all my medical bill info. She was very rude after I refused to give her any credit card or checking account numbers over the phone. And very rude when I said we were paying when we were getting bills in the mail. She claims she can't send any bills in the mail and WE have to remember to pay on the balance if she sends a paper. Very very rude lady.

No company name and wanted a credit card wouldn't send a monthly bill (Debt collector) reported by


He claimed he was a debt collector but didn't give me any official company name or anything. Asked if I wanted to pay off my balance in full then offered to set up monthly payments. But he only wanted the numbers from my checking account or a credit card number. He refused to send a monthly bill for us to do it that way. Told him my mom handles the payments and he said to have her call him but didn't bother to give the number to call. All sounds suspicious to me even though he had my info.
