I called Anthem Customer service on my insurance card. Gave them phone number, they checked it while I was on hold. Came back with: although they do offer in home support...this number is not connected to them and acting as a fraudulent agent! Hope this helps and keeps EVERYONE SAFE!!!

Said they are an insurance company calling on behalf of my insurance company. Wanted to set up an in home 'health assessment' visit. I told the creature there is nothing in my insurance information that even mentions them or anyone else calling me, let alone coming to my house. Told her to remove my name, number and all information from their system and not to ever contact me again. Why would a health insurance company think anyone would agree to let a total stranger come into my home to do anything? That will never be acceptable to me! FOOTNOTE: This is NOT Anthem! The creature told me they are Signify...or however they spell it.

Calls all the time claiming to be from blue cross blue shield. Then they start asking for personal information. Whenever I tell them,"You should have all that information right there" they tell me it's to confirm. I tell them, "You called me. You know who I am" they end up hanging up when they finally get it through their thick skulls that they are NOT going to pump any information out of me. ???? If I'm not busy, I love **** with these people just to waste their time. It does get old sometimes because it seems like they just never give up.

Wanted personal information to make an appointmet to my house. NOT! (Unsolicited call) There is nothing in my insurance information that says an unsolicited unknown phone number with an area code in San Diego would be calling me to schedule from Anthem customer service to come to my house for a physical. That does not happen!
