Debt Collector. Calls around to your family or any number associated with you and has limited public information. Threatening to serve you court summons. When you call back the person that answers cannot even tell you who or why they called.

They are calling from Sprenger office its a scam to collect a debt. They use scare tactics threatening to take you to court subpoena you with court documents. Some how the scammers get a hold of your credit report and use old debts making it seem real. They have valid information like your last 4 of social an address. Pleases beware. They often sound professional. Mary White is one of the alias name used. Related numbers 1855-764-8954, If you get a call like this ask questions? What is my case number what is your address. I was told 1302 court house rd suit 104 Stafford,VA 22554. Which is a lie. The website given is www.theofficeofsprener.com which is a basic site that anyone could have made.

Actually it's not a lie because I live in Stafford Virginia and they are a legal firm located next to the county courthouse how about you stop being a scumbag and put your bills.

Scam call reported by none
Same scam different approach. Unidentified calls from unknown, claims to be a process server for my county will be at my home tomorrow 3-4 or at my work, if I am not home, and they will contact security and HR to serve me a summons. Tells me to call 855-764-8954 for more information. In case you don't know, in order to ensure you don't avoid the summons a process server won't make an appointment.
