Why will Comcast use a call center from India to tell me there is a suspected leakage on my lines and the technician will come over at no charge? Why is comcast Xfinity selling my information to third parties? These people have my address and telephone number. This is very suspicious and needs to be investigated.

This is the third time in one day I've received a call telling me I have network issues in my house. I'm an Xfinity customer, typically get emailed on these issues. The robotic voice is odd and doesn't pronounce Xfinity correctly.

I never contacted Comcast about a tech problem? Yes, I have Comcast, so I wonder if this is a ploy to get you on the phone to discuss your current plan, and potentially upgrade? I did get a computerized female voicemail, but won’t respond.
