They keep calling. They left a msg, did not mention to who they are calling for, or their name, but from NCB Mgmt, attempt to collect a debt, call back #8557585287 ext 2236, blocked on my phone line from getting call, rings now one time and hangs up on their end. Scam.

The person asked me my name and I asked them who they were looking for. Told me it was against the law for them to tell me who they were looking for and kept asking me my name. Told the person it was against the law for me to give them my name and told them where they can go. Then hung up.

Silent call. No automated message or human spoke. This indicates to me that it is a test system to see if my number gets answered so they don't waste time calling dead numbers or people who don't bother answering unlisted/unknown numbers. Very likely to be a scammer.
